One of our core values at NuView IRA is Serving Others. We continuously strive to serve our clients, our peers, and our community at large.
The Wheelchair Foundation is one of our chosen nonprofit organizations because it creates educational awareness around people with physical disabilities and strives to deliver a wheelchair to every child, teen
and adult in the world who needs one. We work with the discharge managers at local hospitals and clinics to identify those patients who economically fall through the cracks and cannot afford their most basic needs.
Due to the generosity of our clients and friends, their donations allow us to deliver from our warehouse, to individuals here in Florida, and also internationally, a brand-new, sturdy red wheelchair – together with a lot of love. As a matter of fact, our charity is called, “Chair the Love” – to remind us of the importance of our mission.
James Smith is just one of the many individuals we have helped within our community to gain the gift of mobility and he was kind enough to send us a thank you note for his wheelchair. This is a nice reminder of how serving others positively impacts individuals and the world we live in.
